Steel-String Guitars
I currently build three models of handmade, acoustic steel-string guitars; the L-00, OM and GA.
GA
The GA, or ‘Grand Auditorium’ is my most popular guitar. With a 647mm scale and a larger, deeper body, it has a full, loud and gutsy voice without the messy sounding bottom end that plagues some dreadnoughts.
This guitar excels at flat pick strumming and as a vocal accompaniment, however it will also handle fingerstyle playing with richness and warmth.
If you’re a singer-songwriter or folk player who needs a loud and powerful instrument, this is probably your best bet.
Available as standard with a scoop-cutaway and slotted headstock.

OM
The OM, or ‘Orchestral Model’ is a medium sized guitar which combines the 647mm scale, and some of the fullness of the GA with the clarity and responsiveness of the L-00.
It’s a great all rounder, and will handle pretty much anything you throw at it, although the more focused sound means it really excels at melodic playing. The OM is equally at home in a concert hall or studio setting.
If you are a lead guitar virtuoso, need an acoustic that will cut through a busy band mix, or just prefer a slightly smaller instrument, the OM is a great choice.

L-00
Based on the classic flat-top guitars of 1930s, this is the smallest body steel-string I currently offer. Despite their small size, these guitars are famously responsive and really pack a punch for fingerstyle and flat-picking alike.
The shorter scale length and overall compact design makes this the perfect ‘couch guitar’, comfortable to play and great for serenading loved ones or passing the time by the fire on a cosy winter’s evening. Players with smaller arms and hands also often prefer this style.
Unlike the factory produced L-00s of days gone by, I am able to spend the extra time and care refining my instruments, ensuring they reach their fullest potential.
This model is available with either a 14 fret or a 12 fret body join, with the latter sacrificing some top fret access for a slightly fuller sound.
