A lifelong performing musician (formerly in the band Bellevue Days) with a passion for design and woodwork, Daniel Lukes first learned the art of luthierie whilst studying Guitar Making and Repair at South Thames College, London.
He now builds carefully crafted instruments from his turf-roofed workshop in Croydon, South London, with an emphasis on using local, sustainably sourced tonewoods.
Since setting up in 2016, he’s been refining and expanding his unique range of fine, handmade acoustic guitars and ukuleles.
Each instrument features his unique fox heel.
